Five Locations In MetroWest NJ

The JCHC developed and manages more than 600 apartments in 5 buildings for older adults in West Orange, Irvington, South Orange, and Whippany. These facilities continue to meet the needs of MetroWest seniors with a traditional lifestyle, quality accommodations and Kosher food.

At each site, there is a tenant organization with a whole host of subcommittees. It is the desire of the JCHC to allow the tenants maximum control over their lives through participation in such an organizational structure.

Realizing that elderly individuals require some assistance to maintain an independent lifestyle, the housing corporation established a Service Package at each of the projects that is offered at a moderate additional charge. Details can be found on the individual project pages.
