The Village Apartments

The Village Apartments are located at 110 Vose Avenue, South Orange, New Jersey. This is a 92 unit apartment building for the elderly which opened on November 1, 1988. Sixty-eight of these market rental units provide housing for independent middle to higher income elderly. Twenty-four units are operated by HAREL, a shared apartment living program by the Daughters of Israel Geriatric Center. Subsidies are available for those qualified.

The Service Package at the Village Apartments of Jewish Federation includes the following:

• Meals - served three evenings per week and available five evenings per week
• A full range of social programs and recreational activities
